Mama Workout with Child – Fit with Child

This course is aimed at mothers with children aged 4 months to approximately 2.5 years who want to be active together with their child and do something good for their body. In a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, the focus is on strengthening the back, abdomen, and pelvic floor, improving flexibility, and enhancing strength and endurance. Your child is, of course, welcome to join – whether in the stroller, on the mat, or playing beside you. This way, you can work out without having to arrange childcare and at the same time enjoy valuable time with your child.
