Are you at least 8 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks after a caesarean section) and want to do something for your body again? Then this course is ideal for your gentle re-entry.The focus is on targeted strengthening of the pelvic floor, stabilising the core, and gently rebuilding the entire musculature after pregnancy and childbirth. Through mindful exercises, you will not only strengthen your pelvic floor but also improve your posture, breathing, and overall well-being.
